I joined the OpenSource Zambia becoz of the interest and innovation that goes with open source software. Talk of free is not quality then you are not in this century. One advise for you try using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) for web development and come give me your opinion. Am sure your view of open source software will be revitalised.
Trying to advocate for the use of open source software and education should be a must in educational institutions becoz of its openess.
