On the mailing list there are regular requests to make available certain pieces of FLOSS software, like install CDs for Ubuntu/Kubuntu or other distros, and of course once you've installed GNU/Linux you need repositories to keep your system up to date. Software of interest might be:
- Ubuntu install images and repositories
- Red Hat/Fedora install images and repositories
- Debian repositories
- The Open CD

If we determine enough interest, we may seek some space and bandwidth on a local server (which could also host this website and the mailing list, which are currently hosted overseas). Another option might be to work with local university libraries to provide a service to the community by lending the CDs similar to books issued from the library.
